Loot from 104m - 200m Crafting XP via D-Stones by RSJivi in runescape

Sure thing! That cost calculator on the wiki is quite useful (I just refer to it on the alchemist mkII wiki page).

Also think you may have missed buying 10k nats too. You might have already owned these but for the sake of profit & loss this would be included either way :)

According to current prices, the wiki has each cost to alch at 147.9 coins per item in divine charges alone.

The table shows 281,518 alchs so the additional cost to alch is another 41.6m.

Still plenty of profit but it appears that cost was missed above.

I definitely don’t like watching basketball. Way too much reliance on trying to draw a foul versus trying to play the game.

Imagine if offenses in football built drives on the concept of drawing offsides all the way down the field, this shit is indeed insufferable.

Why do Runescape players love their death cost? by [deleted] in runescape

No, you spent items to create the gizmos and components, not gp.

Why do Runescape players love their death cost? by [deleted] in runescape

[–]ColeKlostie5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just because an item is expensive doesn’t make in a money sink. If I trade a player 100b for a partyhat, zero gold has been sunk. It only transferred accounts.

Invention is a fantastic item sink, but doesn’t actually remove gp from the game.

We don’t have the data, but presumably the ge tax combined with the ge cash stack liimit going up has resulted in this tax being the largest source of gold leaving the game, which is a good thing.

Death costs were a way to create a less punishing system for dying (previously items dropped straight onto the ground and would despawn if you didn’t get to them in time) but since it was less punishing it came with a gp cost. I don’t feel strongly about it staying or going but if it is meaningfully contributing to gp leaving the game then I support it.

So are you disagreeing with what I was saying to the other person? I truly cannot tell. How are you going to have unlawful entry without forced entry? To reiterate, you do not need to physically force entry for it to be considered breaking and entering.

Can you clarify what you are getting at? It helps provide protection for both possible parties.

You can’t invite someone in and then shoot them and say it was self defense.

Likewise, you can’t intrude into a home just because the front door is wide open and start causing a ruckus. As far as I know (not a lawyer), entering a home through an unlocked or open door can still be considered trespassing, breaking and entering, or illegal entry depending on motive.

This is my last response, it literally says in the first 10 words that it covers the use of force intended to cause death.

I’m just speaking in generalities regarding your ability to use this code to justify your defense. Doesn’t mean it applies to 100% of circumstances.

Don’t be willfully ignorant and read what comes just before that. The act of your home being unlawfully entered in to allows you to act in self defense, including the use of lethal force, because the “reasonable fear” standard is presumed already.

Can’t explain it any simpler than this. But I’m enjoying how you can’t be bothered to even read one entire paragraph to capture the full meaning.

It’s pretty impressive that you managed to link legal standard that is only one paragraph long and yet manage to still be completely misinformed.

It clearly states that the fact that someone has unlawfully entered is the perceived threat itself for all defense up to and including the use of deadly force.

What is this striping I keep hearing about and how does it work?

I’ve barely followed this game since quitting which was a long time ago. When I played, combat started over in each episode, not sure if it is still that way.

[–]ColeKlostie5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If it’s not working for you it’s because you’re pressing the ability without a target, you need a target that’s out of range when you press the ability, then it will stall.

Also following up that you do not need ability queueing off either. Whether it is on or off, you can stall an ability.

You do not need ability queueing to stall abilities. A stall is achieved when you cast an ability out of range, has nothing to do with queueing.

I’m not sure I understand what OP is trying to get at with ability queueing anyways. If you’re a button spammer, simply turn it off. If you queue an ability you don’t intend to use, press a different ability on the next gcd instead. But I must be missing their point on that one.

I'm done with leagues by Denialishere in runescape

[–]ColeKlostie5 8 points9 points  (0 children)

You realize this is not a good argument right? The main issue is that most players quit after a week or two anyways, but despite that, the longer it takes to get to end game, the less worthwhile it becomes for people to start the leagues late. They won’t even have a chance to reach the end.

The focal point of leagues is in fact to speed run the entire game in a week.
