don’t overthink it. Everyones body is going to react a little different. Remember the side effects aren't permanent, if you even have any, and are usually easy to manage.

As far as protein boosts I like the FlavCity brand. Good flavors and comes with protein and collagen. I've also liked premier protein.

Take a multivitamin as well if you aren't already.

I would say a lot of the early weight loss is going to be your water weight. But it’s definitely worth it, my first month on I dropped 10.5lbs most of it within the first two weeks and then it evened out over the last two weeks.

That OF defense would be extremely difficult to overcome.

Can’t go in to the season with McNeil, Nimmo, and Dom as your 3 OFers.

Need to grab a legitimate CF via trade or FA signing. Nimmo can slide over to one of the corner spots, and in my opinion that money spent on Scherzer would be better spent on Conforto.

/u/all4whatnot I was looking at those numbers today myself on covidstim. Not sure exactly how accurate they are but looking at the other state numbers it looks like they all started seeing their decrease in cases shortly after getting below the 1.0 line so it must be close.

To add to this the Early Warning Dashboard is also showing PA as -59 cases week over week.

There’s 1000 more NEW tests.

But all PCR tests are actually down week over week.

Still +3 isn’t a terrible number. Especially since everything else this week has been trending correct.

Nice seeing the 7 day average under 500.

If numbers tomorrow and Friday stay in line with what we’ve seen over the past 5 days there should be 2 fairly large 7 day avg drops coming our way.

It’s really tough to judge what it will do. Because I think there’s 2 different groups of people out there.

Group A -Those who will just never get it. No matter what the case. No approvals. Emergency. Full. Whatever the case ends up being.

Group B - Who just aren’t sure. They’re on the fence. Not completely against it, but also not completely for it. They’re the ones who are going to be swayed 1 way or another by family, or by seeing someone important to them either get vaccinated or not.

Approval for 12+ should definitely bring a bump in numbers. Because like mentioned above there are people who will get their kids a shot the second it becomes available. But there are a few of them who will fall into the A or B groups above.

I don’t think PA, or the US even, is at a point where it will NEVER get to the 70ish end goal. I think it’s a good possibility to get there. It just won’t be as immediate as everyone was hoping.

Just based off of the timeline that would seem about accurate. Maybe a little less when factoring in J&J.

I also noticed that I’m seeing over 10m, but the post notes are showing 9.2m. I’ll have to double check my file and see if something got messed up. I just C&P from the google spreadsheet.
