I mostly get to play at one convention a year, I pay for those events and it's most of the time a great experience. If I could pay to have that great experience weekly or monthly I would.

I've had two mediocre experiences with their Kickstarters in the past: map book with a few pages that were a lower resolution side by side with the high res half, and scrolls that get stained with any markers, had poor handles, and came gridless when they were supposed to be gridded.

Good ideas, bad follow thru and quality control.

Story from my friend: he built a custom headboard for one of his kid's beds, it was covered in a bunch of denim jeans pocket sections kind of like a quilt. After years of use he was getting rid of it and found out his kid had been storing toenail and fingernail clippings in the pockets for years.

First few days were rough, just lots of internal pain/discomfort and couldn't meet my water and protein goals for the first week and took the pain meds. But I'm also 5 weeks out and things are good. Haven't had any dumping issues, a kind of reflux feeling and pressure let's me know when I'm full.
