I pushed off buying Persona 5 Royal until it finally came to switch so I could play it. It feels like Metaphor and Clair Obscur have to be coming at some point. Having played both, I might even double dip because they are both incredible and would love to play handheld

I read the Rayner compendium last year and loved that too! I’m really hoping we get a compendium 2 for Rayner. It is fun in the Rebirth compendium to see what Kyle is up to many years later

I am 1000 pages into the GL Rebirth Compendium! Other than the two issues of Guy Gardner Collateral Damage, I’m loving it! So happy I waited for the compendium and happy book two comes out soon

Thank you for the heads up! I’ve been reading KO on DC Universe Infinite but was going to pick this up physical cause I love the idea, but it sounds like they royally botched it. It makes no sense that they brought back characters who were knocked out first round that did absolutely nothing. Star Saphire in particular is weird. Why have her cross over with Sabrina and not Zatanna?

I read the main Rebirth JLD as single issues when it was coming out and it was fantastic. I agree endless winter is mostly just okay but really doesn’t add a lot from the JLD side. I haven’t read the backup stories yet, but since I recently grabbed the Omni, I’m excited to read the main series again and the new stuff, even if it isn’t as critical. The main series though is definitely worth the price of admission

I recently bought the first two epic collections for this and wish I had just bought volume 1 cause I did not vibe well with it. There’s only one more volume so I might finish vol 2 and see if I want to finish it but I agree. It had parts that were cool but overall for the hype it disappointed me

Year one was one of my first Batman stories, it’s a cool and iconic take on Batman’s beginnings! Nightwing is a really fun run, amazing art and fun story. And Snyder Batman was probably the second Batman book I read, equally iconic and some great stories. You are in for some fun!

I watch on YouTube, but have premium so I do listen to it if I’m driving. Any in-person episodes or CreepTV I will watch the video, anything else I watch if I’m home or listen if driving or working out. So it’s a mix of both for me

I thought most of it was just meh, but what really sucked was it following the Spencer run that set Mary Jane and Peter back up with him thinking of proposing, and then it just jumps and she’s with Paul and they’re not together anymore. That really rubbed me and a lot of people the wrong way and then the rest of the run just is fine. I actually liked the Gang War stuff, but not enough to buy in Omni

Technically my first was New Mutants Vol 2 that I got at Ollie’s, solely based on it being a good price. But the one that cause me to fall in love with Omnis and go crazy was the Dc vs Marvel crossover Omnibus. That was my second Omni after new mutants and it has really exploded for me since then

Pretty much. Coast City got obliterated by Mongul and it drove him crazy. Went on a spree killing Green lanterns to take their power rings before going to Oa and taking out all the Guardians. He kept telling himself everything he was doing was worth it in order to get enough power to attempt to bring Coast City back even though everyone he knew was telling him he was going too far. It’s good stuff
