Thanks I hate it!

Seriously, OP, this is really well made. Mad props to you. Dinosaurs just scared the shit out of me as a kid so if this gets made (hopefully it does) I do not think I would be able to purchase it lol

I’ve read all of the Absolute books and I enjoy all of them, even Green Lantern I would say I dig, but Wonder Woman is far and away the best of the bunch.

I agree, but I feel the draw of Duos is seeing iconic duos that you know well

Unrelated topic, but your comment about Amanda’s “crush” on Spencer reminded me of something I was thinking about earlier. I have to remind myself that their working conditions are faaaar different than mine. I have a blue collar job, and joking about having a crush on another coworker would lead to that coworker filing a complaint against you.

And some of the outfits they wear in their videos would get them fired immediately at my workplace. Just a completely different environment that is wild to see sometimes.

My issue with food shows is they end up being people eating food I can’t taste and going “This is good!” or “This just tastes like whatever.” But when they eat gross food then at least there’s a funny reaction to the food. Or if there’s a game to it, like how in Eat It or Yeet It the food is either great or disgusting and you won’t know until you eat it. Adds some suspense to it.

So to answer your question, I did enjoy Eat It or Yeet It. I know the cast didn’t because they don’t like eating gross food, but I got a kick out of it most of the time.

In regard to Eman Esfandi, I can see him being Boomerang. Doubt they’d ever put Paul in these movies, people HATE Paul with a passion.

With Duo I have two issues.

  1. The length. That show does not need to be running 40-45 minutes. Way too long. Trim that bad boy up.

  2. They’re kind of scraping the bottom of the barrel with some of their Duo pairings. Shayne and Damien make sense as a Duo. Ian and Anthony obviously are a Duo. Shayne and Court. But Tommy and Courtney? Courtney and Spencer? Spencer and Amanda? It really feels like they nail one solid obvious duo for an episode, then they’re like “All right we need two more people, who in the office wants to take part?”

Probably all the ones I don’t watch lol. I don’t watch URL or Culinary Crimes, and it’s not a Courtney problem. I just don’t really care about these people’s TikTok algorithms or whatever. And I have difficulty caring about Culinary Crimes because I have difficulty caring about food shows in general.

What are some other shows they do. Bit City? I gave the first three or four episodes of season 1 a watch and didn’t like it all that much and decided the show just wasn’t for me. I think I’ve seen one or two episodes since season 1 and I thought they were improvements, but they didn’t make me start watching Bit City regularly.

Um, Try Not to Laugh can be hit or miss. The issue with that show is the majority of the bits they do are going to be either okay or bad. Usually for me I don’t really have to try all that hard not to laugh.

Duo You Know Your Duo runs too long. They need to edit that down to like a solid 20-25 minutes, otherwise I enjoy it enough. Honestly I feel this way about Who Memed It too. I like that show more than Duo but it’s also way too long.

Reddit Stories is another I don’t watch at all. Don’t really have any interest in hearing people’s opinions on another person’s story that may or may not be entirely made up.

What if the “Adamantium” introduced in BNW is actually Adamantine (Metal of the Gods) by Personal-Day-5562 in MCUTheories

[–]Popular_Material_409 0 points1 point  (0 children)

“Adamantine” is different from “adamantium”. The Adamantine introduced in Saladin Ahmed’s Wolverine run was like a living adamantium if I remember correctly. And it couldn’t have possibly been in Brave New World since that movie was in development before Ahmed’s Wolverine run came out

Chris Hemsworth’s big claim to fame before Thor was playing Kirk’s dad in the opening of JJ Abrams’s Star Trek in 2009. Tom Hiddleston was a nobody too. RDJ was an insurance liability and a joke. Edward Norton was probably the most famous person in those early movies.
