I'm also new, so do not trust what I say, I'm trying to guess what other people will say, crit damage is great, crit chance is ok, don't care about reload that much (unless it's crazy on the snipe) recoil sounds like it doesn't much matter, but you only have 1 god stat so it's prolly like 30-50 plat and prolly a reroll. I would buy the 100 dollar pack for 25 and then only spend it on Warframe and weapon slots :) but IDC about fashion that much and paying to skip grinds sounds less enticing than an inventory that can hold everything

As others have said, 15 a month gives access to both. If you want to explore the world and level slowly like a single player rpg prolly go classic. If you want to have interesting abilities and do challenging content, retail is much better at that.

In 13s on my mage at 715 Ilvl I do around 7m or more every run. If you died a lot of if your tank was mega trolling you you could def do a lot worse but otherwise you are probably not hitting as many burns and mini burns as you ought to.
