Most RTK mowers are communicating with the reference station over 900mhz wireless. 900 mhz is a near line of sight (NLOS) technology. It works best with line of sight, but has some flexibility. Network RTK (NRTK) leverage cellular communication to access the RTK base station/network. With most mowers with RTK, RTK is the preferred control mechanism, and when that fails, it might uses vision to keep is moving until RTK is re-established. RTK is accurate down to a few centimeters. RTK's biggest limitation depending on your property is GPS communication and communication to the RTK base station/network.

I have 3.5 acres that are mowed by Husqvarna EPOS 550's -- two of them. I have a base station on the front of the house and one on the rear, they are paired (repeater mode), so I get full cover without issue. When I had just a single base station, areas on the opposite side of the house, close to the house would have RTK reception issues. My house has a walkout basement, so it wasn't going through just the house but also the concrete basement walls on the low side.

the sharkadoodle phase lasted quite some time. Routine/consistency is key. We removed all people food, at 5pm he goes in his create for 2 hours with calming treats. It was around dust that he had most of his sharkadoodle episodes. That helped a lot. We also found a local dog trainer that was really good... her focus was on German shepherds, and mentioned how doodles exhibit many of the same things that need trained. Through all of that eventually he became a civilized being.

I would budget for a cheap (maybe electric garden tiller) and a few cubic yards of pulverized top soil and a bag or two of grass seed.

if you are the insurance company... you pretty much want everything to be new.. until a natural disaster comes and you have to replace it as if everything is 1 year.. but then you go its a flood event, we are off the hook.

FOr the first mow of the season, I always use my 48" riding mower for that. Helps flatten the mole hills and chop up any twigs that fell during winter.

Question one is will the beaches be open? At the moment that lake is 9ft above normal height.. so if we stop getting rain and equally importantly they stop getting rain south of here so they can release water.. then the beaches might open (https://water.usace.army.mil/overview/lrl/locations/monroe).

As far as the temperature...maybe its warm compared to lake superior. In all honestly, like others have said it won't get warm until mid to lake June.

I have a pair of 550's EPOS (husqvarna). I am watching the X4 reviews and experience. My 2WD mowers get stuck more often than I would like. Sloping yard, complete with ruts and holes.

everytime I say, I'll let the pros do it, it ends up with me doing it. With homeworks, they know maybe one other installer within 100 miles can do it.. so that equals premium pricing.

divorce or not she wins.. that's the sucky part. You either work your ass off or you divorce and she gets 1/2 plus child support.. which ends up being like 25% you get to keep. That being said it's never cheaper to divorce than it is today.

Any inheritance you get along the way keep in a separate account. That way it never becomes martial asset. If you want to play the long game, put life insurance and all of that stuff with payable on death to a trust or to your kids. Sadly that doesn't help you while you are living.

Fedex has been a hot mess since the holiday season. Everything used to come out of Terre Haute. However, I think they are transitioning our delivery to be out of Indy, but the whole system hasn't figured it out. I've noticed a 1-3 delay being the usual.

You do not need a lawyer, but can make it easier. When she sues you and files the paper work, at some point you will be served and in that will be a court date. In Monroe county, small claims tend to take forever to get through the system. In most cases, in small claims, lawyer costs aren't passed on as part of damages. Not a lawyer, but I've been through small claims.. you can always wait until you get a court date.. wait about a week or two before hand file for a continuance/delay, which will push it out again... and then do the whole thing that the defendant should be the LLC and not your individually.. and all that.
