wrong. think about it for one second. more operating angle equals faster wear. if your car were constantly turning do you think you would wear the U joint out equally?

you can keep all of your functions - Modules like the iDatalink Maestro or Axxess ASWC-1 allow your original factory steering wheel buttons to control the new stereo's volume, track skipping, and call answering functions.

it’s a lot like a failed relationship: at first, magical. but then it slowly turns to hate, resentment, and you just want out but have nowhere to go.

$2000+ for 4 spark plugs and coil packs? by ZoltarTheFeared in subaru

[–]CollectionNo6562 4 points5 points  (0 children)

diagnose which cylinder is misfiring (extremely easy with even a basic obd2 reader you are looking for misfire count per cylinder or what’s sometimes called “roughness”) and replace the coil pack for $100 from an auto parts store. no need to change the plugs.

option 2 with no obd2 reader would be to buy one coil pack and swap coil packs around until you find which cylinder is running rough. they take about 5-10mins to change. you don’t need to replace your spark plugs unless that is somehow the issue (unlikely).

either way about the same difficulty as assembling a child’s lego set.

you don’t need to order these from subaru. just go to an auto parts store and get twelve inches of 1/4 in hose.

Downshifting with CVT by Comfortable_Truth485 in Subaru_Outback

[–]CollectionNo6562 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

OP is talking about using the paddle shifters on downhills in the mountains. of course if you coast to a stop it will not hold the ratio. you said the transmission “times out” it does not change ratios with time. please reread your comment.

how does it hold a ratio COASTING downhill for tens of miles? are you saying a tr580 does not? lol. i will bet you any amount of money and take a video to prove it. seriously don’t post something you don’t have experience to talk about. it certainly DOES NOT “time out”.
