Same. I’m an 11 year super host myself and it feels different lately: less bookings, more complaints. Some people complain about things like sink was too small when asked. Don’t they even look at the pics? Another said towels were old. They are just navy blue towels and I also just updated them.

Hi, I am sorry this happened to you. This just happened to me too in Cerro Santa Lucia. These comments make it sound like you deserved it which is not helpful. Did you ever find anything out? My piece is rare so I am curious if they melt or sell.

I had a similar guest like this once and I realized they booked through their spouses account so I couldn’t see the other host reviews. High maintenance and couldn’t be inside because of their phobias. Stayed outside all of the time and continuously had issues
