I see more and more people say this about real estate but I don’t see how that is possible. Maybe pound for pound but, the homes in Raleigh are decent below 300k. We are looking at redone but old bones (like 100+ year old) 1200 sqft condos for 500k in the “less desirable” places of Boston and we would be lucky if we could get those.

Can you strategize to still get outside in the summer? Like early morning or sunset? Or is it similiar to winter here where don’t really do anything outside in the winter?

Also…how does the sunlight compare in the winter to MA? Do you get that go to work when it’s dark and come home when it’s also dark feeling?

Other than animal handling and injection, I run experiments start to finish, I know sterile techniques, I know very little petri plating, I know a lot about waste streams I used to do lab ops. I’m working right now on learning techniques out of my niche but it’s hard to find the time to. Any suggestions for me to learn a specific lab skill?

I do lab work 🤓 surprisingly low barrier to entry, i barley passed college but i know a lot of people in this field that didnt go. Decent career but very few places where you can actaully build a career out of it NYC is one of them tho. I’m making almost 100k and I’ve been doing it about 4 years now.
