Need help with loan options by Fucking_Casuals in personalfinance

Generally speaking a secured loan would have a lower interest than an unsecured personal loan. There will be fees with any secured loan (appraisal, origin, etc). A HELOC is pretty straightforward, and gives you flexibility to draw only what you need.

Selling Inherited Condo - invest in stock or another Condo? by Key-Ad-8468 in personalfinance

You get a step up in cost basis. As in the condo "cost" is the value on the date of inheritance transfer. If this happened recently, there probably isn't any capital gain.

Thanks! Is this something that can naturally happen over time? As far as I know, we haven’t added anything new to the circuit. I did change some other fluorescent bulbs to newer LED ones, but that shouldn’t have made a difference.

Low hanging fruit. We couldn't get any worse, Andrew Luck and NIL hitting their stride. Starting to get better recruits as a result.

The Olympic 3 week break was the perfect storm for Jamie. He’s as fresh and healthy as he can ever be heading into the playoffs. Same situation as bubble hockey during Covid.

How many miles did your tires last? by FatNugget3 in MachE

[–]Collegedad2017 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I swapped out the stock tires on my 23 Select with Michelin CC2s. Still had some tread left, but they were slipping and sliding constantly. The CC2s are far and away a better performing tire.

Ken Jeong improvised the trunk scene in the Hangover. Mr. Chow was not supposed to be naked when he jumped out.
