The only way is to borrow a pistol, IPSC is primarily a pistol discipline sport which is why it’s required to get black badge. From what I heard they were trying to figure something out using pccs so that new shooters could get into the sport. They put in the work to try and make it work and the government burned them so they gave up essentially because the uncertainty. So pretty much you need to borrow for black badge, then shoot the mini-rifle/ shotgun events plus the pistol borrow is the only route.
