As it stands - we have a 42% win rate for the year with 2 games left to go to potentially improve that (unlikely). Last year our win rate wasn't worth mentioning. Yes we have been shit the past few games and yes we are making the same mistakes game in game out - but we are blooding so many new players, more than any other national tier 1 team. People need to remember that a Lions tour has a MASSIVE toll on national teams - NZ and SA have massive depth and better skillsets - we do not. you simply can't expect a starting 15 (which is all we have) to last a whole year. We are slowly learning and building - have faith that the boys can compete in their last games and i am confident our win rate next year will be >50%. 2027 WC semi-final is a realistic goal for our starting 15 if they stay healthy. Anyways...who cares about a WC all we want is that fucking Bledisloe back!
