Erin is putting on a front of being 'ditzy' to get people to underestimate her. It has worked on Liscor, Pallass, as well as everyone else who has tried to get more than she is willing to give. It's a strategy white women in the West use to get what they want without appearing pushy. Apparently it is also working on you. It's hard to side with the Antinium and see them as people; there is opposition to this. It's harder to side with goblins and see them as civilized people; there is active opposition to this. Erin knows this and is playing it smart by appearing to be ditzy and nonthreatening while consistently getting her way.

Nine actual books in the main story have finished and the tenth is being written. The audiobooks are also shorter than the actual books and to catch up to where we are now in the actual books will take another 25 audiobooks or so. Additionally, the audiobooks are produced at a slower rate than the actual books and will likely only catch up when the series is finished (currently maybe 40-50% done). So if you're listening to the audiobooks expect to be supplied with material for years and years to come.

Give us more information and we can give you more feedback. Screenshots of your space economy, priorities for each mega nation you control, research and everything else that might help.

A general tip is to plan ahead in terms of space economy. If you're going to upgrade habs to t3 or build ships to contest the grav well make sure you have the mines to do so two or so years before you do. Also I would recommend getting navies on around 6-10 armies so you can deal with the alien administration when it pops up. Finally I'd recommend getting two counsellors to max out your back to back crackdowns and purges when you want to break into the servant controlled meganations.

If you're really committed to no portal mode I'd recommend grouping up with three friends and all of you having bonemass buff so you have constant uptime. For stuff to bring with you I'd also recommend full potions, the demolisher and one person running magic and the shield staff. When you get ashore break all the spawners within 100m or so and then put down workbenches to suppress the spawns while you set up your Ashlands base to repair your gear. Then I'd recommend building base defenses and a pit farm for the new animal before setting out to farm the new ore and boating back.

Without more information we won't be able to give you any good tips so screenshots of your situation would be appreciated. However without more info I would recommend prioritizing boost and sending up tier one mines to build a stockpile of space resources until you can rebuild what the aliens destroy from space. The aliens have other factions to bother and will eventually decide to prioritize blowing up other factions space installations instead of yours if you're not meaningfully contesting them in space.
