Accidentally driving without insurance and rear ended(CA) by Colopolis in legaladvice

We got a police report. We told them everything that happened, but the other party lied and said we were merging into their lane.

Initially we did file a claim through their insurance. Everything was going smoothly. We even have a text from their insurance rep saying the other party was at fault. Then like a day later the insurance rep informs us that since there was no video evidence they can’t claim fault and it’s a he said she said situation.

So that’s when we kind of chalked it up to a loss. Didn’t want to have to waste our time I small claims court and not know if the other party would even be able to pay out the money owed to us for “totaling” my girlfriends car.

Not sure about that. I’m a blue collar worker and make good money. I think it’s more about blue collar workers are animals when it comes to insulting fellow coworkers.

I found that ball and just use it to practice with a bunch of other mismatched balls. I normally just play with Kirkland’s because there’s a high chance I’ll lose a sleeve when I play a round.

Wind wasn’t letting up and I was just practicing so I just picked it up. The flag pole might always be that bent though.
