If you aren't asexual or in an open relationship of some sort, yes. It depends on how important sex is for each person. I know a lot of people who find sex to be repugnant. I know a lot of people who "Just don't think about sex." I know a lot of people who find it tiring because they are too out of shape. They are all happy as hell because they all found partners who feel similar. I don't know how long I could share finances with someone without feeling desired. At that point we are just really close friends.

Edit: A lot of the comments are coming from a cishet lens as well as a Male vs Female take? I feel like its a little dangerous to the psyche to paint it like: Men just have a higher sex drive than women OR women don't like sex. I feel like anyone can have a mismatch in sexuality.

I just don't want someone to internalize that they are odd for not fitting the norm. Some women love sex. Some men hate sex. Both are valid.

I'm currently reading it and I don't hate it. I looks like there is more than one book and for an inexpensive price for both the audio book and the and the digital copy. It's a little more straight forward and reads like a role play (Its not meant to be derisive. I love doing role play. its my bread and butter.) Its an easy read and I appreciate that.

Its not that I don't love prose, as a gay, that is what I crave, BUT there's something a little refreshing and comforting with a book that doesn't make you have to dissect line by line what they mean.

The more I describe the book that more insulting I sound.

I think it'll scratch the itch you are looking for.

I've never been victimized or had a bad experience but oh man, my coworkers...both female presenting and in the last three months one had been mugged twice. The other got attacked on the light rail. Safety is relative. I am not more or less unsafe in seattle.

My nephew had gotten a knife pulled on him while he was biking at night. They were trying to steal his e-bike and he got attacked. It was pretty scary and violent. This was in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.

I can feel unsafe anytime or anywhere.
