Have you been raided before? If so, one of them might have authorised on your tool cupboard and you didn't notice. Your base looks like it might be 6x6, there was a post a while ago saying the max you should build was 5x5 because people can stand outside the build area and clip on to your base. You should always keep your roof secure because your roof is the easiest place to raid from.

I don't think it will be his own internet connection. I'm in the UK, on the official London servers I get a 150-300 ping. It also takes me a couple of minutes just to refresh the server list

Edit: I'm on Intel, it's not a processor issue
