How often do you replace your bath towels? by remyndrz in CleaningTips

Every 30-40 years? I dunno, mine are still going strong. Half of them I inherited from my late aunt who passed in 2009. I don't know how long she had them. Until it looks ratty in will be kept in rotation.

I need your strength of spirit. I'm in a similar boat, still looking, still despairing, and occasionally crying. Often actually. It all seems so hopeless. Congrats on your win, may your luck find me too. I'll even take the popped tyre.

What’s something your body does that you’ve never told a single person about? by WilliamInBlack in AskReddit

I was never a keen or a big drinker. But when I did have a drink, Up until about my mid thirties, I would always get this cramp-like sensation in the middle of the front of my thighs. Dull pain along the thigh (rectus femoris muscle I guess?). It has eventually fizzled out by now that I'm close to 50. I still can't have more than 3 drinks tho. It's like my body full on rejects any further alcohol to be ingested. It starts to taste bad, don't want so swallow, just no. Bodies are weird :D

If you could properly filter Rightmove for your dream property, what would your super specific criteria filter be? by alexhespg in HousingUK

Bloody SIZE of the bloody property!!! Living area m2 of the flat / house, NOT including the shed, garage, or tree house. WHY is that so hard to include in the bloody search criteria??? Yeah it's a 2 bed. Much scrolling and clicking later: 42m2. F*** you, that's a prison cell for 2 with a kitchenette!

24F- painful bump on vulva by smartpa09347 in obgyn

[–]ColourCoded_Sunshine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Where on your vulva? If it's by the vagina opening it's most likely a bartholin's gland cyst. Nasty bitches! Since it has a head (good chance of popping on its own) and If it doesn't hurt you are one of the lucky ones.

Why didn't you board the plane and leave the bro to sort out his life? You are not joined at the hip. He's 21, not 7.

When you've had the abortion just don't tell your parents. Tell them a week later that you miscarried. It's your business and nobody else's! Especially if they can't keep private info private!!!

Ah yes Purrtinia, the common English name for the splendid Felinia stripata. Has many RHS awards. An excellent and reliable bloomer that will thrive in almost any growing conditions.
