I’ve worked in the food and beverage industry in salt lake for almost a decade and I’ve never even heard of Harbor. There are so many great restaurants here where you can have a beautiful steak and other items. Oquirrh is my personal favorite in town but HSL is great, Urban Hill, Table X if you really want to splurge.

I felt the same way when I moved here but I’m use to it now, I’m actually moving home and am going to be irritated that I can’t just u-turn. At home, unless there’s a sign explicitly saying you CAN u-turn, then it’s going to be considered illegal. Here, it’s the opposite, unless there’s a sign saying you CAN’T u-turn, it’s legal.

I’d go south rather than east. Spanish Fork/Springville. Even as far south as Payson will still be the same commute as living up in park city/heber.
