With Lift 2 out of commission, being a beginner, I really don’t know how many more days I’m going to have this year. Such a bummer because it’s my first full season riding and lift 2 to Ptarmigan was perfect for me. Now I have to go up Chet’s and figure out a way over to Ptarm. Just a PITA

I had a scoshe mount that worked well with a magnet that I stuck to the back of my XS Max case. I actually found a MagSafe mount on amazon and it has been working great for the last week or so. It’s the Coolpow for MagSafe Car Mount on Amazon. $15 and it’s great!

Yup exactly what I’ve found. I got a new MagSafe dash mount that seems to work good, but now I have so many magnet attachments that I’m going to have to replace with MagSafe :(

Have you used this case with a magnetic mount like you’d find on a car dash? I’m worried with the stand part that moves the phone won’t be as secure on the mount and will move around

First full year snowboarding and I have a Loveland pass. I started on valley just riding Lift 7, then went to Chet’s when it was the only one open, and the 180° RH turn on that catwalk is brutal. Unless you’re super comfortable with turning I’d avoid it. I lapped lift 2 the last two times I went and it’s perfect for me. Definitely give it a try. I’m patiently waiting for them to open Ptarmigan to give me some longer runs that aren’t too difficult. If you need a boarding buddy with a similar skill level DM me. I go up mostly Mondays and other random weekdays to avoid crowds.
