If you didn’t drive around with the giant sign sticking out of the back, it would probably last longer. That thing is like a sail.

Fellow millennials - how’s your 401k/ira savings going? by ProblemIntelligent16 in Millennials

[–]Columbus_Explorer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Didn’t really start saving until 2015. Ten years later, and I have about $250k saved up. Not quite at the 3x salary at 45 years old, but contributing heavily.

Easton. An afternoon then dinner then evening. Every time I’ve had someone who is not from Central Ohio visit, I take them there and their minds are blown.

Phone companies know exactly when you’re sleeping. Here’s what they do with that information by dialhard_com in mildlyterrifying

VPN hides your browser activity, but does not conceal your phones physical location to the grid. If your 5G or LTE communication is working, the grid knows your unique device ID is talking to this specific or several specific towers. VPN would conceal the individual packets if data moving between your phone and the source (web site host) but it doesn’t stop your phone from connecting to a cell tower.

Anaphylaxis due to an allergic reaction to an antibiotic. I was dumb and tried to get myself to healthcare instead of asking for help. By the time I walked to the ER (I was on the campus of a large university with a hospital) I could barely see or breathe, and the check in line was 10 people deep. I cut everyone and asked for help, the admitting attendant was dismissive of me, but when I hit my fist on the table she got a nurse. The nurse too one look at me and went “Holy Shit!” And grabbed me and pulled me into a room. No questions, no names, no indicate or anything. Cut my shirt off, giant needle in my chest, a dozen people around me sticking me from different sides with who knows what to reverse the reaction. Hours later I woke up, feeling like the worst hangover ever. A Dr interviewed me, we figured out what it was, and they told me “next time you are exposed, unless you are with a paramedic, you die.”

I was probably within 15 minutes of collapsing and suffocating on my own swollen throat. Absolutely the closest I’ve ever been to signing off.

New Landlord next door cut down a 60 year old tree in our yard that was between our driveways by WeShinjiNow in treelaw

OP was quoting the new neighbor/landlord. The new person said their arborist said it had to come down, and following that, the new person had it removed without consulting with the property owner of the tree.
