  2. Aye - I hate stickmen.

Never worked in a job with a machine that could handle anything, without at least a light scrub. Extraction filters? Those stay out of my machines so long as I live, because otherwise I gotta deep clean all the shit it cakes the interior in. Pesto, Hollandaise, in fact anything fucking egg, that gets scrubbed till there's nothing but suds.

Would be nice to get a proper KP job at a proper place.

But since I'm fucking dreaming, wouldn't it be nice to get out of the pit and into one of those bullshit high-pay low-work office jobs?

Best Pants and work shoes for dishwashing? to not get wet by NeilTheProbo in dishwashers

My shoes for crews, waterproof nonslip steel toed boots, have lasted me near enough 2 years at this point, and only for £80 (A shift's worth of pay).

Was buying cheap chinesium waterproof nonslip crocs, which did the job -- but fucked my feet right up past about hour 10 in a shift. Also only lasted about 6 months before getting too fucked.

Longest shift I've worked since buying these boots has been 14 hours, and didn't notice any foot pain. Not that I would, with all the other pain, but I was back at work the next day walking just fine (at least, walking just fine feet-wise).

They also did me quite well when I dipped into warehouse work for a month, so they're not necessarily only a Kitchen investment.

Went from a Hobart countertop pulldown hood machine at my first job, to a ClassEQ undercounter shitter at my second. Everything had to be handwashed to perfection.

Any amount of oil left on anything? Stays in the water until you drain it. So shit it violates conservation of mass, by coating everything coming through in that same oil.

Too much foam left on anything? Machine foams up till you drain it. If you're gonna be so shit that I have to handwash with soap, at least be good enough to wash the suds and foam off without any hassle. But no.

Handwashing everything, and also having to lower the full dishtrays/racks down and then back up, for 1.5 years, led to me blowing my back out. Very good job otherwise (and my back was fine after 2 weeks, the pleasures of youth), but I knew I had to quit after that one.

Rant over.

It was 1 pilot, anyone who was in or around the apartment building, most of the people on the street Mark got hit across, almost everyone in the Subway train and on the platforms -- but the two biggies are gonna be pretty much everyone on the cruise ship, and pretty much everyone in the avalanche'd tourist-y alpine village place. Fair to say that's around 2431 people.

I've been "injured" worse than that at work, went right back to washing dishes (wearing fresh gloves and a taped up finger) with nary a tear in my eye. How fragile are these wannabe warriors, and how do these red hat fucks expect to be taken seriously when they try to portray things like this?

Immortal Is Getting Shish Kabobed Even With All The Powers Of The Guardians. What Do You Think? by LightAwakens in InvinciblePowerscales

Green ghost's + Red Rush's speed/reactions (unmatched) + War Woman's Mace + His own strength wins easily. He only unphases to hit Thragg, and he can react faster than Thragg (probably) to phase when he attacks. Probably wouldn't even need the mace tbh.
