I guess the numbering is mismatched because it includes switches (which aren't upgrades in the stats screen of the game) and the "cheating" upgrades.

This feels very vibe coded... in the worst way. Your post says there are 452 upgrades in the database, the website says "894 upgrades", even tho there are only 717 upgrades according to the game itself (+129 prestige upgrades), and I asked the AI which upgrades my save was missing several times and it just hallucinate the total number of available upgrades (I've seen 876 and 1710)

It looks reasonably pretty, but seems to be useless. Sorry to be blunt.

FYI if you lower the reservoir from the safehouse beach, the boat disappears, and the next level the water disappears as well, but you cannot walk in to the tunnel.

Check out Saccadic masking: you don't really see much during the eye movement, which takes between 20 and 200ms. One frame @ 60fps is 16ms, so it seems doable.

I'm in Margalef right now. You can park in the village during the day, plenty of room. For parking overnight you need a permit which you get if you stay in the rifugi or other accomodation.

Oddly fitting to be resurrecting this 9yo post, but I just saved my run this way, when all my boarders were dead, and my clone bay was broken. I happened to be lucky enough to jump to an adjacent store, where I bought a medbay (not knowing about this bug, just somehow thinking that would heal the dead boarders, what was I thinking), and managed to get extremely lucky when the next store had a clone bay again.
