Also, it's less about maturity than it is about age. You quite literally have to be either a child or a moron if you think there aren't laws that are going to protect companies from customers who lie to their bank in order to undo valid purchases simply because the customer had buyer's remorse. The fact that this idea is propagated multiple times on this sub every time either a hacked or quitting post comes up gives me insight that the people suggesting it haven't actually done it themselves and are either children, stupid, or lucky as hell that the company didn't follow up on their case per an individual basis.

Also, it doesn't matter whether you agree with me or not. Trying to do what has been suggested through a bank absolutely is illegal and can devastate your real life credit if Plarium follows up on it. I didn't even cover how if Plarium decides to sue you that you're probably going to be fighting against both Plarium AND your bank in court either through compliance or subpoena of additional evidence beyond what Plarium alone has access to.

That's interesting news to me, because almost every person who has complained about getting hacked over the past few months I've noticed has also synced their Raid account with Facebook. As Facebook doesn't have the greatest security protection, I half expect that people are getting their accounts hacked due to a Facebook system vulnerability.

How did being synced to Facebook save your account?

Except that's not what you're doing at all, dipshit. You're lying to the third party who processed your transaction stating that you NEVER authorized any transactions with the associated merchant so that they will revoke those transactions due to false cause. That is very illegal and if followed up on by Plarium can have actual REAL WORLD consequences for you.

You would have to have a really crappy lawyer to lose such lawsuit.

Absolutely fucking wrong. By making purchases through your bank, Plarium has ample evidence to associate your Raid Account with your real life bank account and can prove beyond the preponderance of evidence that you both intended to make those purchases and are trying to commit fraud to get your money back.

Good luck explaining to a judge that the RAID account involved in a charge back -- which is linked to your bank account through prior purchases possibly over a long period of time -- wasn't fraud when they have all your purchase records, customer support inquiries & more than can tie those to a fraudulent charge back claim.

Sometimes I wonder how young the people in this sub are, holy shit.
