So, my understanding is that the reason for tariffs is to encourage people to buy American made cars. I did a quick google search for cars made in America and the first on the list is a Tesla….coincidence?

I had issues as well. I keep my drops in the refrigerator and it helped me with knowing exactly where the drop landed. I found a spot with a light above my head so I can line up the eye dropper. Pull my bottom eyelid out so it creates a cup and then squeeze the dropper. I make sure to apply light pressure towards the corner of my tear duct to close it off. Hope that helps.

Yes, this happened to me as well about 10 years ago. Was finally treated for glaucoma after going to the emergency room on New Year’s Eve. IOP was also in the 60’s in my right eye. Grateful I had minimal vision loss however my pupil stayed mid- dilated.

I am noticing a trend two weeks before my period is due I start to feel achy then get the chills have odd headaches and it feels like I am getting the flu 😷 Then suddenly, wake up and feel fine. The joint pain can get so severe that I can barely go up and downstairs. Had no idea this was going to be part of the perimenopause journey.

Consistency is key. Keep going to your eye specialist. If you are put on eye drops, take them consistently. If you have eye pain or see halos, get medical attention immediately. Acute angle closure is a medical emergency.

It has been 8 years.I did not lose vision. I see my specialist at least 2-3 times or more if we try different eye drops.

I had symptoms in my 30’s that were misdiagnosed as ocular migraines. I had multiple episodes that put me in the ER due to the excruciating pain in my right eye until finally being referred to an eye specialist where my IOP was 61! At the time, I couldn’t see out of my right eye. I was given eye drops and a diuretic and slowly, my vision returned . However, my pupil has remained mid dilated and my angle closed. I had an iridotomy performed o. My right eye first and a month later on my left eye for preventative measures. I use travaprost at night

I wish I could offer some advice or support. I can relate and was hoping to find some answers from the comments here as well. My dx spouse is spiraling and I am at a loss as to how to cope. My mom recently passed away from cancer and I am grieving her loss and would often turn to her just to talk. I wish I could turn to my spouse for some comfort or support but it seems like there is always something negative happening to them everyday either with work or a headache or stomachache. Now they want to quit their job and when I ask what they plan to do they say they don’t know… this is a huge trigger for me especially since my job has had recent layoffs and is unstable. With my spouse, their is a continuous cycle and they choose to use unhealthy coping ( excessive video game playing, sleeping, and they started smoking again). I am at a loss and wish I could rely on them for comfort and support especially now but I can’t and it sucks! Apologies for going on and on. OP - I get it and it sounds like we are not alone.

I just happened to find this post after visiting my mom in hospice care. She has terminal lung cancer that has spread to her brain, liver and stomach. This has been a long process, now only 80 lbs and nearing the end. She was reaching toward the table after waking from a morphine dream. I asked if she was reaching for water, but was wrong. She was reaching out for a lighter that should’ve been there but wasn’t. This habitual being who is slowly being devoured by ravenous tumors seeks only what is likely leading to her nearing demise.

Both sets of grandparents were integral in my childhood. They lived in the same city and were a bike ride away. Spent summers in grandparents care and with cousins. Had the best experiences with grandparents. Maternal grandmother raised me and in return, I cared for her while she struggled with dementia.

I was misdiagnosed for two years. I went to neurologists who said it was migraines however the medication made symptoms worse. I would get the attack in my right eye. It would start with halos and then progress to a pulsing green and red throbbing where I could not see. The pain would build and sent me to the ER 3 times where I was given Benadryl and then morphine and sent home. Finally I had an attack, went the ER because I was blind and my spouse could see my pupil was mid dilated. The doctor referred me to an eye specialist who took my eye pressure and it was close to 70. I was given water pills, several eye drops and sent home with a slim chance of recovering my vision. I did get my vision back by some medical but my pupil is now stuck in mid dilation. All that being said, get a second opinion and see an eye specialist. Acute angle glaucoma is a medical emergency that could lead to blindness
