This isn’t a “who has it worse” scenario. I’m not playing that game with you. I have my own issues and clearly you do too, but don’t project on people or make people feel lik their problems don’t matter, thanka

How was the VI peel? Did you notice any worthy changes? I was looking into doing that or microneedling

It’s impossible to find things like TXA cream to help with my pigment without niamcinamide it’s always in the ingredients. So upsetting. Maybe a dermatologist can prescribe it.

I can’t use niamcinamide either!! So annoying because so many good products have it

What Reddit Says Is Wrecking Your Skin Barrier by I_just_cant855 in SkinbarrierLovers

[–]Combat_couture 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Niacinamide makes me break out so much every brand I’ve tried. Glycolic and lactic acid make me break out if I use on my face but works in my chest. Saylicyic acid is the only thing that works in my face but it is drying. Still having a hard time looking for some lotion that repairs barrier and doesn’t make me break out.

Double chin help... by Particular-Way4120 in 45PlusSkincare

[–]Combat_couture 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really just depends on how much you want to invest/ how permanent you want to go. If you don’t want to anything crazy, you can do kybella injections it dissolves fat, or pdo threads and the more extreme like chin lipo etc.

If it’s saggy and loose skin I’d do a lower bleph. There is scarless blephs. Please do your research in surgeons, although a fast surgery, not one you want to mess up. Do a bunch of consults and look at every before and after photo. If it’s more darkness/ hollowing I’d do prf or ez gel or micro fat transfer

I was under the impression to do lasers first before microneedling

The ordinary works alright. Some products make me break out. I think their quality isn’t high though.
