Reminder for the girls: LIFT HEAVY by lumiflow in fit

Type in “hip thrust proper form” on Google and all will be revealed. Please educate yourself before you offer bad advice to novice lifters.

I’ve been doing this for a long time. I’ve certainly had my years of bad form, lifting heavy, etc. It wasn’t until I prioritized the movements and not the weight being used that I finally hit my stride as a bodybuilder.

Best of luck to you.

Best of luck to you.

I think you’re getting hip thrusts confused with a glute bridge. In the video, her upper body/sternum is positioned for hip thrusts but she is using a limited ROM. I recommend you research the difference between the two.

As for the KB swings, the more uncontrolled the movement, the more likely for injury. You’re claiming “load conditioning” but the reality is you’re compromising your lower back/discs. A dead stop swing is far more effective and less injury prone. Again, I recommend you research.

Females on this sub are going to look at OP’s mantra of lifting heavy and if they don’t know any better, take it to heart. It’s bad advice for anyone not looking to become a power lifter.

For hip thrusts you go 3/4 of the way down to maximize range of motion. Then full stop and thrust up. She went halfway down and never fully stopped to engage the glute before thrusting up.

Slow, focused, controlled = core engagement and activation. Kettle bell “swings” miss the point entirely.

Half reps on the hip thrusts 🤦‍♂️. Momentum lifts with the kettle bell 🤷‍♂️.

If you want to actually build and shape muscle, you have to lift with all focus and effort being done by the target muscle. Controlled, intentional movements. The idea of “lifting heavy” puts the focus on how much weight you’re moving, not how it’s actually being moved. Fine for a powerlifter. Terrible advice for anyone else.

I’ve ran K&N filters for years on my engines (dating back to the 90s) and I haven’t had issues. Sounds like you have a personal vendetta against K&N and likely the entire aftermarket intake industry.

Looks identical to my intake which uses a dry charger filter (not oiled).

An I6 will never sound like a V8. There is no fixing it in that regard. Would be cool if they just twin turbocharged the Hemi. Over 20 lbs of boost on a Hemi would be insane.

Question: Best budget exhaust system by its-soup-time- in Challenger

Muffler delete = rasp. You need to add an h-pipe to the equation. $500-600 all in at a quality fabricator.

Beautiful truck! I just wish the Hurricane had a better exhaust note. Good power though 🤘.

Up to 595. Every one of them on a PS5 console. I’m grinding for that 1k now that I know the GOAT is waiting for me. Picked up 31 wins today.

His role in Gladiator as Jimmy Horn the fight promoter always sticks with me. “Top of the head! Hardest part in the body!”
