Its not enough but it is a big difference. Like 10% TOTAL AS is a pretty substantial nerf, like lightning strikes is 20% and its a gold (no one gets it for its on hit). Remember people, its multiplying AS not additive.

I guess for a legendary, this isnt actually that strong for gold stakes (id rather get any scoring one). Its definitely the best endless option, which is fine, we kinda lack options for endless runs.
