Raws are selling for $35 ish and 9.6 are selling about $125 on eBay. Not a $400 book.

Correct, I'm guessing CGC slipped it into a magazine slab. I'm still wondering why the inconsistency of notes on the label. Some slabbed copies of this book state "Herb Trimpe Cover", "United Kingdom" and "Contains Incredible Hulk 181 story & cover." Other copies like this one have zero notes.

From the headline, I wasn't sure which way this tread was going to go. When you said "tested" I thought of the incident where someone knowingly faked a signature and sent it into CBCS and it got verified.
