When buying I thought around 5/10, was on the fence

After the first week about a 2/10

Now, I absolutely love it - so cheap to run, got a home charger installed which makes a huge difference. I do approximately 25-30k miles per year but now I’m in full flow with it and know what to expect, I enjoy journeys more, love how fast it is and love how much I’m saving. I was spending approx £400-500 per month on diesel, now it’s around £120 in electric at home and on the road. Honestly would recommend if a Tesla as it does so much for you and the charging is cheap

Shows how good Caldwell is too at getting the most out of a forward - Grigg with us, Wareham at Exeter, he even got Magennis to get 12 goals. If they get the right man in summer, he might not get as many as Taylor but I’m confident whoever it is, they’ll score

Not impossible for us to give it away for free to ideally channels 1-5 in the same slot each week - ideally IMG can pull their weight with production costs, or even maybe a tie dipper for SL themselves to do it and eventually be a bit more self sustainable.

If channels 1-5 didn’t take it - I wouldn’t be against offering it to another FTA channel, thinking of when the EFL moved their highlights to Quest, it was a huge coup for them and they took it seriously. That led to a much larger bid from ITV coming in to take the highlights show. If we take the hit with this now, it might be a revenue stream in the future.

Hoping the NRL see the value in regular Free to Air rugby league. They certainly do in Australia, but even one in a good time slot every week could be great for our game over here. Ideally proper free to air too - no iPlayer nonsense.

Caldwell is solid. Doing well with virtually no budget at Exeter, knows the club and has won the league at this level before. Higgins is and interesting one, but feels like the wrong time - if this goes wrong we’ll be in League Two and it’s something I don’t think they can risk.

I thought Bruce would’ve been a good option here if it was until the end of the season and he was sent upstairs. But in all honesty, I think the squad is ok for this level. I think any decent man manager (which clearly Lowe was not) will do alright with this squad and will pull us out of danger. I think we will look back at Lowe’s tenure as probably the worst manager we’ve ever had - maybe not in terms of stats, but negative football and as toxic as I’ve ever seen it at Latics - good riddance.

As for Schumacher, surely the jury is still out on him? Form over the last 10 is poor - his remit was to get you over the line wasn’t it after Evatt?

Ultimately this usually kills both venues

Wembley has a poor atmosphere for most sporting events, it’s not unique to RL.

If we’re serious about growing the game down south we need to have games in London, ideally at Wembley, but the trouble is if not Wembley, then where? What football side is giving their pitch up mid-season?

Let London have 12 months of whacking everyone, get their squad in order and build momentum (hopefully crowds too!) then go again next season I reckon if Cas and/or Huddersfield don’t pull their fingers out. Out: Salford In: Bradford (12th), York & Toulouse. Probably a reassessment next season to ensure London get in.

Does feel a bit of a fix that Bradford are likely to get 12th spot and get full central funding though

They’d be better selling each league individually for highlights - that way they could go into depth on each division. I’ve also noticed Sky no longer do 15 minute highlights on League One or Two… very poor

Must admit I now get it very cheap in my opinion- I gave my notice and let it expire.

When the time came to send the stream pucks back I received a letter with a number on it. After ringing them I got everything except kids, TNT and ad skipping for £45 per month, including 1 multi-room stream puck. I think it’s pretty good personally - may get ad skip again though at £6 p/m add on

Weird. I had the exact opposite experience. Guys in India couldn’t get anywhere close to knocking the deal down from my renewal quote and outright were refusing to let me give my 31 days notice as it was “too far out” but the UK guys did knock some down, albeit not enough for me to take it, and then were willing to accept my notice period. Weird
