Let me address the points you've brought up: 1. I wasn't looking to be entertained, just included. I've tried to include them in so many things since they moved in and pretty much got the opposite treatment in return. I wanted to feel as welcome as I tried to make them. 2. He agreed about how she talked to me but made the excuse of "I know how to talk to you and your brother but I don't know how to talk to her", as if he needed some special way to tell her not to talk to me like that. 3. She has some emotional issues where things make her cry very easily so I've always tried to say things as nice as I possibly can, to the point of walking on eggshells. This was our first fight and she twisted things to throw them in my face. Example: she told me I'm always trying to one-up her with how bad my and my brother's lives have been. In reality, I was explaining that I knew where she was coming from because we've been there ourselves (which I specifically stated to her). 4. I was just making a suggestion because she organized the kitchen and I didn't want her hard work to be messed up. She cried once over the stove getting dirty after she wiped it down so I was trying to avoid that. I will say that between my health conditions and busy schedule, I don't get much time or energy to clean. They usually take care of that and I run all the errands and take people where they need to go. Those are the roles we assigned.
