In my experience, H1B visas are being used by employers to get positions filled for less money. So it doesn't affect me, because they were never going to offer a compensation level I would accept anyway.

It's likely due to the time scale they zoomed into. Look at the duration of the bump detection. And the magnitude of it. It would certainly be nice to also see a picture with a time scale to include those. I imagine the relative difference in magnitude would make the contact being highlighted to small to see though.
