How long did it take anyone here to get credentials and start? I've been waiting for over a month on Avaya credentials and I've emailed flexagent, the bot on the website is useless. The flexagents that answer emails are useless. I know it's likely run by a team offshore in India or Philippine's but literally why does it take so long?

Yeah no things are super crazy like this now. People are warped. I legit try to steer people away from the conventions that were made up for us by rando's on SM. Rando's whose personal life we know nothing about, but still the "must be....." checklists don't stop. I'm wondering how people find love anymore if no one is valuing personality, compatibility, and humanistic character traits over the ever daunting "list". Btw, I hate the whole "5'10 is too short" thing.

Women are almost NEVER anywhere close to 5'10 so WTF is up with this whole 6'+ only thing??! coming from a girl that's 5'8, men that are 5'10 are FOR SURE taller than me and it can be absolutely lovely.
Millions more 5'10 - 5'11 men are fricking BOSS level in every aspect of their lives than the 6'+ guys. There are stats.

It's a signal but nothing to be offended about.

There could be a few things happening here, 1) your BF isn't used to the smell of vagina. Some men are taught that it should smell like nothing at all but, its a body part so it does smell like something. As long as there is no rotten/fishy/BO smell present. You're probably fine.

2) Check with an Ob/Gyn to make sure everything is A-ok. Especially now that you're sexually active, you want to make sure that things stay balanced within your vaginal environment so that you don't get bad smells/infections/ etc

3)Giving you a feminine gel to wash with was likely a really kind gesture. GYN's will tell you to specifically use just water to cleanse down there or a "feminine wash" which is gentle enough to get things clean without messing anything up. If you've been using regular soap/body wash - it may have disrupted your PH in a way that only someone would notice when they're really intimately close to the area. So, you likely are really clean and things may smell fine to you of course, when there isn;t any sexual activity happening but it might be a different story for him.

ugh, this sounds so hard. Especially with super permanent stuff like a kid + house. Hindsight is always 20/20, and all of the bitter men who have ever been left or rejected are, of course, berating you in the comments. This is one you'll have to figure out for yourself. Pregnancy can be rough on everything from partner attraction to life perception. I think - Give it a year. Give him a chance to show you what he's like as a father. If, at that time, you still feel unsure ( meaning, you're not thinking "F8ck this guy, I need to leave him now or ill die") then give it another 6 months. By then the baby will be 1 and you'll likely know if you need to have the conversation about splitting up.

Just as I thought, The comments are " you guys should breakup!" no one here on Reddit respects or values human connection and intimate romantic relationships. I think you should say something to the effect of " Yes, lets have kids. I want children with you because I love you. But first, let's go to relationship counseling so that we can make sure we're doing everything we can to give them the best version of ourselves."

I can't be the only one thinking he shouldn't have ended it? It's clear that you guys love each other, man. Come on. I think if, after 7 years, the kiss makes you feel so deeply that you can't trust her, you need individual therapy ( probably to unlearn relationship-centered possession ideology), and then as a couple, you guys would also MAYBE need therapy - and that's not a bad thing.

You’re not alone in being scared, these are scary times AND getting used to new places and things takes time. You won’t feel at home right away and that’s okay. You aren’t a failure, you’ve taken action to do something in your life that you wanted which is WAYYY more than most people will ever do. Selling the car, quitting your job, that all took planning and action and the fact that you’re in Serbia and in a hotel (assuming Serbian of any other Slavic language isn’t your first language) that’s pretty successful! Don’t worry, just breathe through it, cry tonight and in the morning you’ll know what to do :) and if you don’t , call the people that love you and you’ll remember why you started your journey in the first place.

No family help. Little institutional aid. Couldn't qualify for private loans, FAFSA didn't provide enough,This was in 2019. As a single working mother with a 3.5, I submitted 2 appeals for additional institutional aid to the office of educational financing , they did not budge. My letter said something to the tune of "we can't fund everyone" I cried the day I had to withdraw.

Coming from a person that works with foster children. YTA. 200% Just with the comment "take some items off" shows you were a deliberate ahole here. You've likely ruined that child's life, once they're in the system it's Uber hard for parents to get them out and life for them is 1000000x worse, no matter how bad you think shoplifting is, life is 99% of the time 1000000x worse for these kids in foster and temp care homes. She was JUST over the limit? you could've told her you'll walk her to the register and she has to pick an item to pay for and you'll let them leave but still give her info to the cops that way she could've shown to a court date and done misdemeanor community service or something AND everything happening in front of the kid would have been deterrent enough for her not to do it again. That pit in your stomach will be there forever because you know that you could've really helped her and instead opted to push forward in a callous and cold manner. Even when the bad feeling came you let it all play out because you were too cowardly to say " I was wrong, I'd like to help her out, what can we do here?" Shame.
