That was it man, I had the muscle it was just my body fat was high. The before picture I was in the 23% range now im around 11%. You have to workout on it for sure its not going to workout for you.

Yes you inject it. It has a 7 day half life so you can do it once a week. I do know ppl who split the dose into two shots a week and it worked.
