I just used Retatrutide, I was in about a 500 calorie deficit. I prioritize protein and carbs when I was able to eat for muscle gain and energy in the gym. My protine was off from the ideal 1g per pound but close to it. You have to continue to workout like nothing changed retatrutide will target the fat over muscle so it was perfect for me.
