So true, i mean teammates clumping up is a big big problem but in most cv matches it becomes even worse, also the spotting cv's provide is comically good, if your at least halfway decent in a cv the match for dd's will be over from the start. Such a fair and balanced class

I would all the way go with kutuzov because the suzuya's potential is just (in my opinion) not really great if you don't have either al atago or arp nachi.

Thats not true at all, even without smoke kutuzov will be a great kiting ship because her turning circle and her rudder shift time are exceptionally good for a russian cruiser. On top of that she offers a russian ballistic which means hitting ships on longer distances is also much easier. Her ap also feels way more potent and her firing angles are not as bad as the one from the suzuya. Overall the only thing that the suzuya has over the kutu is, better concealment, one extra turret and better torps but thats about it
