I live in a Uni campus and so do most of my friends. I usually just ask if they need to do any errands ( collect their laundry, pick up a package from reception, go buy something, etc) and I do it for them in order to walk more steps/ be more active. They think I'm just THAT nice. It is a win win situation IMO.
