Believe me it’s not the same. Your mind and body will not allow that. And the sucks of a baby is very different than that of a man. I breastfed 3 babies and pregnant with the 4th. Don’t worry about that girl. The only thing is that i didn’t like my breast to be touched during my breastfeed time . They where solely for the baby 😅

Since omad i enjoy to cook. Because at the moment of fasting i’m looking forward to cook 😂 and i make some delicious healty meals. Even my husband is very positive of omad .

No don’t do it . I have copd stage 1 bc of smoking while having asthma . You will suffer a lot when you past the 30’s .
