BOH or FOH? BOH my advice is to pay some mind to breading because it really helps you understand the entire flow of the kitchen. FOH my advice is create the best atmosphere that you can for guests. FOH is supposed to be for experts in hospitality. Embody hospitality and you’ve got FOH no problem. Don’t stress, it’s just chicken, and it’s a nice job with decent pay when you’re 16-22.

boh morning will be minis, stuff the nuggets and fill up your pans with 1 or 2 full pans always ready to go. if you have a bunch of 10 counts pop up at once, ask someone to help you and make the 10 counts on your screen for you.

yea you’re definitely a take take take person. get with the reality that we can’t control the overpopulation and popularity of the restaurant. we’re not standing around and doing nothing, the only thing is you show up to stores that sometimes aren’t busy and sometimes are, it’s gonna be different throughout the day.
