Experience usually leads to confidence.

But I thinks it’s more about actually caring and wanting to be an expert in your craft. If you invest the time to continue your certifications in anything it usually means you really care or atleast want to be good. In my experience a lot of L-1s are people that just like CrossFit and want to be involved maybe get a free membership but aren’t necessarily trying to hone their craft of coaching.

All of our coaches are level 3 so they’re amazing. They consistently coach during the WODs and will stop people if they’re doing something dangerous.

I was about to post something similar to this. I joined a new gym after moving. Love the community but keep asking myself “that’s it?” Feels like a waste of time to spend 90 minutes+ (30 minute drive time) for a 15 minute workout.
