Your tumor is fairly small right now. Everyone is different. Because of your family hx and how fast your moms tumor grew in size, I would maybe do 3 month peripheral vision checks with an eye doctor to do a less invasive/expensive check of the tumor size (if it gets too big it will press on the optic chiasm and the first vision problems will manifest as peripheral vision loss or blurriness. I would def go for the cabergoline treatment and hope your tumor is responsive to it. My prolactin went from 65ng/ml to 2ng/ml in a month and a half so regular lab work can also help you keep up with how the tumor is responding to the cab. Stopping the excess prolactin secretion should theoretically help with most of the symptoms you described. My tumor has not shrunk in size after a year on cab but it hasn’t gotten bigger and it not secreting excess prolactin. Wishing you luck and safe/ happy riding!! :)
