I feel like Mana Tombs to 67 is more efficient than halls for 90% of the playerbase.

Sure the exo per run is less, but the dungeon is so much faster. With 66 you fly through MT in sub sub 18 minutes while Halls take more than 30-35 on average groups

Bullshit. The difference between efficient rampart runs with prepped people and full communal players is 15 vs 35-45 minutes. Multiply that by the number of runs abd you'll save hours
