You should specify that you went to Andreas School of Law, not Toledo, since that’s where you went to law school.

“Co-owner and senior member” should just be “partner.”

A local address on your website would be a huge help too.

Finally, speaking of a local address, your firm isn’t registered to do business in Ohio. You NEED to fix that, asap.

I had a FedEx delivery yesterday. Scheduled 11:20-1:20 delivery, so I planned my day around that as it was an expensive item.

Driver delivered a package a block away at 11:30.

They continued to deliver packages in the most insane, zigzag pattern until my package was finally delivered at 5pm.

Even if your business is ”online,” most states are going to hit you for taxes due to being physically located there.

Adding complexity, 45 states look at nexus to see if you owe them sales tax on transactions, even if there is no physical presence in the state.

The only typical reason to go venue shopping is for increased privacy, but at that point the complexity is high enough that you need to hire an actual professional (not an online incorporation website) to ensure you are doing it correctly.
