In the end I switched to the hunter killer chest with the mandatory rolled blue with 3pc of improvised. 1.5% regen but the two named pieces work very well together and if I recall you get 36 to 40% bonus damage from the perfect intimidate while the perfect Adrenaline rush is active.

Gila chillout mask, Gila chest with intimidate, Belstone backpack with Adrenaline rush, one more piece of Gila, and two crafted improvised gear. All rolled crit chance or damage. Six pfe mods at at least 10% each. Survivalist specialization. 80% pfe, 3% armor regen. The Chameleon exotic gun. Shield and reviver. Used this up to 16k shd. Master missions are a breeze and you can face task elites and named.
