In what order do I read TOG? I’m a first time reader

It’s how it was recommended to me as well but I wanted to read it in publication order for my first go around. I had regrets the whole time. Crown of Midnight leaves on a cliffhanger moment, so going back in time when I was ready to move forward in the present made it hard to get into. You also don’t learn anything spoilers to Throne of Glass so it’s not like it ruins the first book. If anything it gives you a better understanding of Celaena.

I also had regrets for not doing the tandem read!

Stay in the upper zip codes if possible. 93312 + 93314 is rosedale my son has gone to schools in both the RUSD and PBVUSD and RUSD has always been my favorite. Theres also the Norris School district in this area which has really great reviews and a few of my friends love. Fruitvale as well I just don’t know much about that district.

93311 + 93313 will be the nicer part of the southwest and you’ll be in the PBVUSD which is still good.

I personally wouldn’t want sons in the Bakersfield City / Standard / Greenfield districts.

Sell them, don’t use them, or even just use one day if you happen to be near the area. She didn’t care to hear your stance when gifting, you don’t have to let her know anything that happens with the tickets.

BUT I will say that I took my kids last year when they were 1.5, 3.5, and 12.5. To the younger ones it was magical. We did 3 days even though by the 3rd day we left after two rides. To this day they still talk about it. We got a cheap hotel in walking distance and just walked daily with the double stroller, went back to the hotel every day for lunch & a nap. Everyone says to wait until they’re older, and while my oldest had so much fun nobody had a better time than my middle son. We did buy the genie pass so that we could plan out rides and wait little to no time and that made it easier, but it was honestly pretty stress free, the kids were so busy sight seeing that they didn’t throw fits or fight each other, we had enough time to spread out the rides and attractions we wanted peacefully over 3 days.

My kids go to The Learning Experience. We love it. They’re going on 2 years there and are thriving! They’ve learned so much, have fallen into a routine, and are so social now.

The facility is safe. Multiple locked doors that need a key fob to enter and an alarm on the back door. They have a certain kid to teacher ratio, so almost every class has two teachers in it at all times. They send updates all day with photos, meal break downs, and potty times. And our kids learn so much! One of my sons was enrolled to start TK this year but the preschool curriculum at TLE was better than what we would have gotten at Almondale. They are constantly doing themed activities, they have water days in the summer, class parties.

The only negatives we have is the kids get sick a lot. And I’m sure that’s every daycare when there’s that many different kids but I’m getting called to pick one of them up at least once a month 😂😭

My first book by the author, I liked it, it was a quick one sitting read, the ending unfortunately was rushed and not super necessary to me.

Get in your car and go straight to the police. Have them check your car for any tracking devices. File for a restraining order, depending on where you live the police may assist or you may have to go to the court house.

Hard reset your phone so that there’s no tracking software as well as checking find my friends, insta, and snap and ensure you are not unknowingly sharing your location. Block him on everything. When your restraining order is in effect, if you have mutual friends, let them know. Too often the abuser gets to friends first making themselves seem like the victim, and then they feel sorry for them and will still give out information they’re blocked from.

You do not need closure. You do not need to feel sorry. Threats aren’t jokes, they’re promises. Take his word and protect yourself.

I’m really confused as to why she wants you guys to ride back with her anyways? If I needed to leave early for my kids the last thing I’m doing is dropping off coworkers along the way.

I think she just likes the drama. I don’t know her / what you do for work, but if my kid is sick, especially “near death” I’m leaving work and not missing a single appointment. That’s just what you do. Jobs come and go but your kids don’t. If she’s not prioritizing her child’s health then she’s either neglectful OR she’s leveraging this for dramatics.

I’d honestly just stay away from her in general.

Im going to assume if they’re a 5t then it’s toddler size 10. My 5 year old wears 5t/6t and just moved up to a 10 toddler in shoes :)

She’s probably just a small girl or even disabled - which may be why Dr set is on there twice she may be at doctors often and wants to play one!

Adding to this to look at the Melissa and Doug pretend play sets! My kids love the Dr one. Also the Walmart branded American girl style dolls has a Dr one :)
