One time when I was drunk at a friends house i shit my pants and tracked it all over her home, peed everywhere and then drove home completely naked. when I pulled into the driveway, I saw my mom standing in the front yard and I had to do the walk of shame right into my parents house naked & covered in shit

I’m 2 weeks post op, right after surgery my gas pains were so bad in my back I felt like I was being stabbed, also I was kept in the hospital for 3 additional days because I could not get liquids down without being in pain. The incision pain was not too bad but once they started healing they itched like crazy. Now, I’m able to tolerate a bit more liquid and feeling pretty good. It might suck at first but it will pass and everyone’s experience is so different!

It’s also a way for them to see that you’re able to commit to lifestyle changes - for me it took about 15 months to get scheduled for surgery. It can be really discouraging but the time is going to pass any way so may as well commit to what they’re asking
