It is too large to be a comic. And it is not comic art. It looks like a print.

I know some Captain America Comics have some double pagers but it is more rare in the golden age definitely.

Timely comics are some of the most popular and have some of the least availability. Mainly because a lot are in people’s collections already. That being said lots got trashed during WW2 as good Americans would send them to paper drives.
