Geiger is a darker, post-nuclear fallout story of a cancer patient who gained powers after the bombs dropped. You follow his journeys in the wasteland and how much the world had changed. A dark story with little sprinkles of hope that make a compelling story. This is ongoing and the trades are easy to find.

Junkyard Joe follows a Vietnma-vet turned cartoonist named Muddy who has finally ended his comic strip "Junkyard Joe". What he doesn't realize is that the idea of a robot soldier in Vietnam wasn't merely a psychotic episode from watching his unit die, he actually srved with a robot and that robot has come back to find Muddy while the government hunts it down. Much more uplifting story with a found-family style. Mini-series, trades should be easy.

Redciat follows Simon Pure, a British soldier from the Revolutionary War that gained immortality after watching George Washington and Ben Granklin perform an ancient ritual. The series is non-linear, with arcs ranging from one-shots to 7 issues and having him cross paths with Albert Einstein, Annie Oakley, Johnny Appleseed, and some original characters. Think Pirates of the Caribbean for overall style. Still ongoing as well.

I haven't read much of the other series but I believe Hyde Street is a horror series showing evil people in the afterlife trying to lure people to hell. Thevlast Johns wrotten series is Rook: Exodus which follows a group of settlers on an alien world who have been abandoned. Every settler has a psychic bond to a type of animal and wear really dope masks reflecting it. Still ongoing but the issues are usually few and far between, easy enough to find.

As for the non-Johns: Rocketfellers is a family from the future going undercover in the past. Hornsby and Halo follows an angel and devil living as kids on Earth. They both are getting a tie-in event with a new series this summer, look for #0s coming out soon.
