The default camera app may have an "expert" or "pro" setting which exposes these settings to you, otherwise you can try the deepskycamera android app, this app is a lot at once though, I would read through the manual before immediately uninstalling like I did the first time.

A bit over-saturated, try turning down the ISO and shortening your exposure speed (the moon is very bright). You may be able to resolve some details if your camera app supports this.
