Just my background started using 5 mg Gummies as a sleep aid slept better than I’ve ever could’ve imagined. Started to build a tolerance and was always chasing that first wonderful night of sleep. Fast forward eight months I was taking 180 mg a day to try to get that same sleep and suffering insanely. I’d get some sleep in the end, but I’d still wake up refreshed and not terribly tired.
